Happy Birthday!!

Hello friends, welcome back!!

cfc127I am also entering this card for the current CAS-ual Friday Challenge.

I have a birthday card today for you.

I love the big dot stamp from “Brush Strokes” set by Hero Arts. Recently I have used it on many of my cards and I just love it. Today I tried it to make some fun colorful balloons. I stamped it using various Distress inks on a glossy card stock, they really look so beautiful against this pretty paper. I inked the background very lightly with Antique linen Distress ink as the background was too plain. I have this multicolored washi tape with fun designs on it, I adhere that on the left side of my card base. I think it goes very well with all the fun colors. For the sentiment I used Hero Arts set CL695 which was having the word “happy” in that but for word “birthday” I masked the other letters and created it. For some extra interest I cut the bottom edge of the card with scalloped scissor. I am entering this card in the current Hero Art challenge in the “Rainbow of color birthday cards or party decor” category. I love all the bright colored balloons on my card, I hope you will like this card too.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see you all soon. πŸ™‚

Thank You!!

Hello friends, hope you all had a fabulous weekend. I am back with a new card.

960134_10153575402930313_2093413589_nThis week at Lawnscaping the challenge is to get inspired from one of the DT’s card. I really like Yainea’s this card and thought to create something similar to it.

Here is my take.

I really like the cute little scene on her card and the circle shape. I chose scallop circle shape for my card, first with masking technique I created the sky using two different Distress inks for the bottom panel I used Memento and Distress inks in the shades of green. Instead of using critter, I used pinwheels for my card – Lawn Fawn’s – “Cruising Through Life” stamp set, I stamped them on the patterned paper and adhere them on my card base with some dimensions, applied some glitters on each of them. I love all the bright and happy colors on my card, it makes me happy when the days are so gloomy. Hope you will like my card.

Thank you so much for stopping by and stay tuned as I am coming with one more card, which I made on Saturday for the Hero Arts 90 minutes scramble. πŸ™‚

Always & Forever

Hello friends, hope you all doing great. It’s weekend..hoorayyyy!!!

Week 79 - ContrastThis week the cue word at CASology blog is “CONTRAST”.

Here is the card

I used “Remember” and “You Are” stamp set by Clearly Besotted. First I inked the front panel with Distress Inks and after that I sprinkle some water on it, after that I used the same Distress ink to stamp the flowers and clear embossed it. I really like the shine on it. I wanted to keep my card simple yet colorful so I used some pearl paints splatters on my card base. Love this bright colors on my card, hope you will like it too. πŸ™‚

l'wren scottLovely inspiration at Runway Inspired Challenge.

Week 78 - DotI am entering this card for the current CASology challenge. The cue word is “DOT” so many possibilities.

Here is my card.

I love the orange and navy blue combination of the inspiration picture. For my card I inked the background with Distress inks. I drew a little girl, who is gazing at stars and moon. I love her dress, I deliberately drew the sleeves of her dress off shoulder and I guess it looks cute. I colored her with Prisma pencils and to add some design on her dress I drew some polka dots. I used Hero Arts stamps “Brush Strokes” for moon and CL305 for stars and CL216 for sentiment. I love this night scene, hope you will like this card too.

Thank you for stopping by and see you all soon. πŸ™‚

Merry Christmas!!

Hello friends!!! I made one more Christmas card with winter scene, but with original blue sky… πŸ˜‰

sweet snowflakesI am also entering this card for the current challenge at Curtain Call Challenge Blog.

Here is my card

I inked the background with Memento and Distress inks and I cut out the snow banks using regular white card stock. I stamped the trees using the “Modern Christmas Tree” set by Clearly Besotted. I adhere everything with some dimensions and created the snow using white gel pen. I wanted to make my card shine so I added Stickles (Diamond, red) on my snow and stars and snow banks. I really like all the traditional colors, hope you will like it too.

Thank you for stopping by and see you all soon. πŸ™‚
