Hello friends!!! I am back with a new card.
I made this card for the current challenge at CASology blog.
I came up with this card.
I white embossed the sentiment CL695 on black card base. Also white embossed the 3 dotted flower and leaf on white card base and colored with the neon highlighter pens. I wanted little bit of neon yellow color too, so I punch some hearts in yellow and adhere it and applied some glossy accents to it. I love these neon colors against black.
