Hello friends!!! I am back with a new card. 🙂
Virginia has started this new challenge called “Virginia’s View Challenge” and the very first challenge is all about watercolor. 🙂
I made this card
I love using watercolor on my project. For this card I chose old book paper. I was having this very old book which I got it from an antique store about a year ago. I colored the page using shades of pink, yellow and green watercolors. After that I die cut it using scalloped circle die and stamped the floral image using the “Paper Art” stamp by Hero Arts using two different Memento inks, to highlight the image I used colored pencils. Also cut a bigger scalloped circle and inked that with Vintage Photo Distress ink. I also use “Tumbled Glass” Distress ink and yellow watercolor on my card base to balance all the colors. Adhere everything on my card base and stamped the sentiment by Hero Arts. Lastly added the burlap and gems. I love how it turned out and really love the watercolor on that old book paper, hope you will like this card too.
Thank you so much for stopping by and see you all very soon. Have a wonderful weekend. 🙂
