Hello friends, I am back with one more card. This is my second post, you can find my first post here.
What a yummy ombre cake!!! Trendy and very elegant Tuesday Trigger, love it!!!
Here is what I came up with.
I took a watercolor paper and colored it with different shades of purple water colors. After that I cut the stripes of each color. I love all the beautiful layers, I really like the thin layers of white color between two different shades. So for my card I distressed the top edge of each strip and adhere them on my card base. Just like the trigger picture I also add the butterfly, I colored the each layer of butterfly with the various purple shades of Memento inks. Lastly I added some diamond stickles on each layer and on butterfly. The sentiment is by Hero Arts “Remember” set. I love the font of this sentiment. I inked the top edge of the front panel with the lightest shade of purple Memento ink. Finally adhere the front panel on the main card base. I liked the bright yet the delicate look of this card. I hope you will like it too.
