Hello friends, hope you all doing great. 🙂

dennis bassoLove this pretty dress, so beautiful isn’t it?

Here is my card.

Love all the mix of soft and bright colors on that dress. It has the watercolor effect. I wanted to use watercolors on my card but with some designs, so I applied watercolor directly onto “Classic Fabric Design” stamp set by Hero Arts and stamped it on the card base. I really like the effect and how all the colors blended. I liked that soft aqua belt and matching clutch, so I white embossed the sentiment onto soft aqua colored paper and adhere it with some dimension. I tried this technique for the first time and I really liked the result, hope you will like this card too.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see you all soon. 🙂

  1. Love the soft backdrop with the sentiment! The watercolor effects are lovely! Beautifully done. Kanan! So glad that you join the fun with us at Runway Inspired Challenge!

  2. This is just stunning Kanan! The watercolour effect is just so effective (must try this myself sometime!). Thanks for sharing with us at the Runway Inspired Challenge 😉

  3. Hi, Kanan. Your card is simply perfect for the challenge… the color of the card base, the stamps and colors you chose for your amazing watercolor effect, and the soft aqua stripe, it all works so well! We can see it clearly looking at the picture above next to your card, your card looks like the “zoom in” of the dress :). Oh, and I love the butterflies for a touch of softness, well I love butterflies anyway :). Well done, my friend!
