I added a patterned paper from American Crafts and added a handmade flower using my new favorite floral Tim Holtz die. The lovely image is from Dear Lizzy’s Day Dreamer collection. I colored the image using Prisma pencils. Added lots of glitter on all the dots, flower and image. The sentiment is by Penny Black. Hope you like my happy card.

Choose Beauty!!!!

Hello friends!!! It’s been long time since my last post. Finally I was able to make one card.

V. V. Challenge #5 (2)

I am submitting this card for the current challenge at Virginia’s View which is all about Die-cut.

Here’s my card

I just love this card as for the first time I made those beautiful flower embellishments. I first die-cut few flowers using Tim Holtz Tattered Floral Die. I made two tiny roses using smallest flower die and made one big flower using small and medium die. I inked them with Memento and Distress inks and added glitters and Glossy Accents for more natural look (I wanted to show the dew drop effect on that big flower). I also made few vines using paper stripes and Distress ink.  After that I die-cut scalloped edge label using Spellbinders die. Stamped few images using Hero Arts (My Favorite, CG292,  Remember) and Tim Holtz stamp and inked it with Distress inks. I wanted the collage effect on it. Adhere all the flowers and hand made vines on that panel. For the background I inked up the burlap panel and also inked up one patterned paper. Adhere everything g on card base and applied lots of gold glitter using sickles. I love all the bright colors and those flowers. Hope you will like this card.

Thank you for visiting and leaving sweet comments. See you all soon. :-)

Sending Happy Thoughts!!

Hello friends!! I created a new card yesterday for Hero Arts 90 minutes Scramble and it was hosted by Laura. She has given very bright and happy theme. It was all about stars.

Here’s my card.

I always love to create night scenes on cards. I love the star theme and for my card I created the background with Memento inks and used the stencil for the stars. The Owl is from CL305 set by Hero art and so the sentiment. I used this particular stamp after quite a few months. I colored the owl using Prisma pencils. I applied the Martha Stewart’s glitters on each star. I love this color combination for the night scene and all the those stars. Hope you will like this card too.

Thank you all for stopping by and always leaving sweet comments. I will be back soon with a new card.

I’M Here For You!!

Hello friends!! Its time for another challenge at Simply Create Too blog. The current challenge is to highlight your sentiment, right the main focus on your card should be your sentiment. Click here for more details and inspiration.

Here’s my card

I used my favorite Mimi stamp from “Jumbo Love” set by Penny Black. I wanted to create a cute scene, so for that I took one patterned paper from American Crafts Dear Lizzy collection which was pretty much plain, I drew a wall patterned on it and colored it with Prisma Pencils. In this set there is this cute images of Mimi and Miles and they both are sitting on an elephant. I stamped them twice and colored them with Prisma pencils and cut them separately and adhere them on the brick wall. The sentiment is from Studio G, I just love the fonts of this sentiment and I guess it goes well with the scene, what do you think?? Added some punched hearts and glitters. Hope you will like this card.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see you soon. :-)

My Art

Hello friends!!! Hope you all are having a wonderful Sunday evening. Today I have couple of projects to share with you all.

20140615_180259

V.V. Challenge #4 (June)

The current challenge at Virginia’s View is all about Tag and Scrapling and the interesting twist is to use a recycle item to your project.

Here’s my take.

I inked the tag using Distress inks and Memento inks. After that I used a stencil which I got from local craft store and inked the flower image using Antique linen Distress ink. I really like the light shade against those bright colors. The butterfly is from Hero Arts printable and I colored it with Prisma pencils and added some glitters on it. Now for the recycle item I used the reverse side of caution holder of Starbucks Coffee cup. I inked it with Distress ink and tear it into stripes. The sentiment is also by Hero Arts. Lastly added a twine and few gems. Hope you will like this tag.

Thank you so much for stopping by and please stay tuned as I am coning back with more card. :-)

There is no one like YOU!!

Hello friends!!! One more card for today. :-)

cfc132I wanted to make a masculine card and I really like the current CAS-ual Friday Challenge where you can not use kraft as a color and you have to use ribbon on your card, great twist.

NaughtyOrNiceChallenge_Challenge5I am also entering this card for the current Naughty or Nice Challenge. :-)

Here’s my take.

Penny Black is one of my favorite company and hedgehogs are the cutest stamps and currently it is my most favorite stamp. I use one of the hedgehog image who is driving a truck. I colored the image with Prisma pencils and used all masculine shades for it. I love this sweet sentiment by Hero Arts and thought that it would be perfect for the image. I adhere the image on a die-cut which I colored with Distress ink. I wanted to keep my card clean but still I wanted to use some embellishment. I chose this yellow ribbon by American Crafts which was gifted to me by Jayne. I punch a hole and attached the ribbon through it. I really like the cute image and clean look of my. Hope you will like my card too.

Thank you for always leaving sweet comments on my cards. See you all very soon. :-)

Love!!

Hello friends!! Hope you all doing fine, I am back with one more card.

something simpleLove the current challenge at Curtain Call.

Here’s my take.

I always wanted to create a white on white card and this inspiration picture gave me the motivation I needed. I used this beautiful embossed patterned paper on my card base and die-cut the vellum which was having wine patterns and adhere it on another die-cut card base. I also die-cut the WPlus9 layered butterfly and applied Martha Stewart’s glitter on it. The sentiment is by Hero Arts “My Favorite” set and the same has been stamped with Antique linen Distress ink. Also added few pearls on it. I really like the elegant look of my card. Hope you will also like it.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see you all very soon. :-)
