You are Incredible + VIDEO

Hello friends, I am so very excited to share my first video for Altenew’s Video Challenge.

Here’s my card

Here’s the video… :-)

I started with a watercolor panel and used two shades of Distress inks to watercolor it.
I used Altenew’s “Striped Florals” set. I stamped few of the images with Memento inks and colored them using Prisma colored pencils. Arranged them on the watercolored panel and adhered them.
Used one of the sentiment from “Persian Motifs” set. Finally finished the card with some sequences. I love all the bright colors on my card, hope you will enjoy my first video and this card. I would really appreciate if you subscribe my YouTube Channel.

Thank you so much for watching the video and visiting my blog. :-)

Splash…Splash…

Hello friends!! I am back with a super cute card. As I mentioned in my previous post, I am currently in my home country which is India and the current season here is monsoon. I just love Indian monsoon and I came up with the similar card.

Here is my card.

I have this adorable stamp set by Simon Says Stamp but I couldn’t get chance to play with it until now. I wanted to add some fun rainbow colors in my card so I created my own cloud mask and inked my background with Distress inks. The little girl and her umbrella was colored with Prisma Pencils and I added some Polka dots with my white gel pen. I love all the bright colors and sweet sentiment on my card. Hope you will like my card too.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see you all very soon.

Creative

Hello all, I am here with a brand new card. On Saturday there was a 90 minutes Scramble by Hero Arts and the most fun part of all this scramble was that I was hosting it. :-) And I made three cards and asked the super talented participant to select any of my card and get inspiration from it and create their own take.

Here is my card

For this card I stamped the butterfly images with layers. I inked the with Distress inks and sprinkled very little water and then stamped them on left side of my card base and after that added the matching card panel, I die cut all three butterflies and instead of stamping I inked the die cut butterflies and adhere them together and added some gems and embossed the sentiment. I really like the design and all the bright colors on my card. Hope you will like my card.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see you all in sometime as I am coming back with one more card. :-)

Week+143+-+Ombre

I am entering my card in few challenges

Here is my card

As I mentioned in my earlier post that I love all the vibrant colors of the inspiration picture of Altenew’s current challenge which is of Forbidden City – China. This time I die cut a few Scalloped circles from plain and gold card stock. I inked two of them with Memento and Distress inks and gave it gradient look. I wanted same ombre effect on my flowers as well, so I gold embossed the “Painted Flowers” third layer and inked it. I adhere everything with dimensions. I love all the bright colors yet the CAS design of my card. Hope you will like my card too.

Thank you all for stopping by and see you very soon.

You are incredible!!

Hello friends, I am back with a new card. :-)

inspiration-1This month’s challenge at Altenew blog is “Places from Abroad -The Forbidden City, Beijing, China” Beautiful picture, isn’t it? I love the vibrant colors and designs.

bouquetAlso entering for the current Curtain Call Challenge.

I came up with this card.

I love coloring as specially with my Prisma Colored Pencils :-) For my card I choose one of my favorite Altenew Stamp Set “Persian Motifs”. I stamped one of the flower image on my card base and colored it with Prisma pencils. Just like the inspiration picture I wanted to add gold color but I wanted something very elegant to match up with my design, so I colored one card base with Martha Stewart’s Gold acrylic paint. After the paint was dried I punched few tiny flowers out of it and adhere it on my card base. Added the sentiment and adhere the front panel on the main card base. I Love how elegant it looks, as specially the gold color does not look too bright. Hope you will like my card.

Thank you all for stopping by and see you all very soon. :-)

Imagine the possibility!!

Hello friends!! Yesterday I made a card for Hero Arts 90 minute Scramble which was hosted by Cat. :-)

Here is my card.

Love the theme and all the great techniques by Cat. She gave us total three techniques 1) Use embossing paste, folder or powder or yellow color or any bright colors 2) Make your own background with tone on tone look and 3) Use watercolor and along with any of these techniques use your Favorite technique or color or stamp anything. I tried to include all three techniques in my card, I stamped one of the stamp from the CL383 – Stencil Art stamp set on yellow card base with Mustered Seed Distress ink for tone on tone look. This Butterfly by Hero Arts is my all time favorite stamp and I gold embossed it and then used some watercolors to color it and added some pearls by Hero Arts to finish my card. Hope you will like my card.

Thank you so much for visiting and see you all soon. :-)

Hello!!

Hello friends, I made a new card today. :-)

ONP_6292Love the inspiration picture at Runway Inspired Challenge.

I came up with this card.

Love the beautiful design and bright colors of the inspiration picture. For my card I used stencil to create the background and various colors of Distress and Memento inks. I love that orange stockings, so I used My Favorite Things “Wild Flowers” stencil and modeling paste and created the flower with very thin layer as I wanted the transparent effect like the stockings, after the paste was dry I inked it with Distress inks. Added the sentiment by Hero Arts and some gems. Love how it turned out, specially that embossed flower. Hope you will like this colorful card.

Thank you so much for visiting and see you all very soon.
