Hello!!

Hello friends, I made a new card today. 🙂

ONP_6292Love the inspiration picture at Runway Inspired Challenge.

I came up with this card.

Love the beautiful design and bright colors of the inspiration picture. For my card I used stencil to create the background and various colors of Distress and Memento inks. I love that orange stockings, so I used My Favorite Things “Wild Flowers” stencil and modeling paste and created the flower with very thin layer as I wanted the transparent effect like the stockings, after the paste was dry I inked it with Distress inks. Added the sentiment by Hero Arts and some gems. Love how it turned out, specially that embossed flower. Hope you will like this colorful card.

Thank you so much for visiting and see you all very soon.

V.V. Challenge #4 (June)

The current challenge at Virginia’s View is all about Tag and Scrapling and the interesting twist is to use a recycle item to your project.

Here’s my take.

I inked the tag using Distress inks and Memento inks. After that I used a stencil which I got from local craft store and inked the flower image using Antique linen Distress ink. I really like the light shade against those bright colors. The butterfly is from Hero Arts printable and I colored it with Prisma pencils and added some glitters on it. Now for the recycle item I used the reverse side of caution holder of Starbucks Coffee cup. I inked it with Distress ink and tear it into stripes. The sentiment is also by Hero Arts. Lastly added a twine and few gems. Hope you will like this tag.

Thank you so much for stopping by and please stay tuned as I am coning back with more card. 🙂

Love!!

Hello friends!! Hope you all doing fine, I am back with one more card.

something simpleLove the current challenge at Curtain Call.

Here’s my take.

I always wanted to create a white on white card and this inspiration picture gave me the motivation I needed. I used this beautiful embossed patterned paper on my card base and die-cut the vellum which was having wine patterns and adhere it on another die-cut card base. I also die-cut the WPlus9 layered butterfly and applied Martha Stewart’s glitter on it. The sentiment is by Hero Arts “My Favorite” set and the same has been stamped with Antique linen Distress ink. Also added few pearls on it. I really like the elegant look of my card. Hope you will also like it.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see you all very soon. 🙂

I stamped the background image with Distress ink and the flower image stamped using chalk inks, I also colored  and highlighted the flowers with Prisma pencils. I love the bright still CAS look of my card. I hope you will like this card.

Happy Birthday!

Hello friends, hope you all are having a lovely weekend. I made a card with some more watercolor fun.

Week 84 - Paint

This week at CASology the cue word is “PAINT”, isn’t it a fun word?

I made this card.

For this card I used one of the image from “Brush Strokes” set by Hero Arts which has this circle image with the dry brush effect, I wanted more artsy look so I stamped that image with two different Distress inks and spritz it with lots of water and stamped it on my card base and I was quite happy with the result. After that I stamped this adorable vintage bicycle image using some black Memento ink and stamped the sentiment using the “My Words” set by Hero Arts. Drew few lines and added some pearls. Hope you will like this card.

Thank you so much for stopping by, have a great weekend. 🙂

Another fabulous inspiration at Runway Inspired Challenge blog.

Week 82 - Bold

Also entering for the current CASology challenge.

Here is my take.

That dress is so pretty with all the bold colors and lovely detailed design. I have this “Floral Applique” stamp set by Penny Black which has similar design, love this beautifully designed stamp set. I colored one of the image with Prisma pencils. I like the black patterned on that dress, it looks so beautiful with all the other colors. I cut few black stripes and made my own panel on which I adhere the floral image. Just like the dress I wanted to add gold color on my card so I used Martha Stewart’s pearl paint and splattered it on my card, also splattered some magenta water color and finally gold embossed the sentiment by “Remember” set Hero Arts. I really like all the bright and bold colors on my card, hope you will like this card too.

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a very happy Valentine’s day. Enjoy the weekend. 🙂

Happy Birthday!!

Hello friends, hope you all are having great Sunday.

cfc127Also entering the current CAS-ual Friday Challenge. 🙂

I made this card for the 90 minutes Scramble which was held at Hero Arts Flickr Group and it was hosted by Barb.

The theme was to use pink and silver colors with some hearts on your project. I always like the combination of pink and silver, it look so pretty and elegant. I silver embossed and die cut my favorite butterfly by Hero Arts on vellum and inked it with Distress inks. I used three different shades of pink and stamped one splatter image from Brush Strokes set by Hero Arts. Finally silver embossed the sentiment by CL371 set on a light pink card stock, I also added some silver hearts on my card. I just love how it turned out, it look so pretty, hope you will like this card too.

Thank you so much for stopping by and please come back as I am going to post one more card.

After that I stamped the beautiful flower image from “Remember” stamp set by Hero Arts and highlighted the flowers using Prisma pencils. The sentiment is printed using MS Office. Lastly added stickles and pearls. I just love these colors together.

Happy Birthday!!

Hello friends, welcome back!!

cfc127I am also entering this card for the current CAS-ual Friday Challenge.

I have a birthday card today for you.

I love the big dot stamp from “Brush Strokes” set by Hero Arts. Recently I have used it on many of my cards and I just love it. Today I tried it to make some fun colorful balloons. I stamped it using various Distress inks on a glossy card stock, they really look so beautiful against this pretty paper. I inked the background very lightly with Antique linen Distress ink as the background was too plain. I have this multicolored washi tape with fun designs on it, I adhere that on the left side of my card base. I think it goes very well with all the fun colors. For the sentiment I used Hero Arts set CL695 which was having the word “happy” in that but for word “birthday” I masked the other letters and created it. For some extra interest I cut the bottom edge of the card with scalloped scissor. I am entering this card in the current Hero Art challenge in the “Rainbow of color birthday cards or party decor” category. I love all the bright colored balloons on my card, I hope you will like this card too.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see you all soon. 🙂

My Art

Hello all, this is my second post for the day you can find the Lawnscaping Challenge card here.

On Saturday I played in the 90 minutes Scramble at Hero Arts Flickr Group which was hosted by Leni, her theme was “Wood”. I love her unique theme, so many possibilities. I was having this patterned paper which was having this wood texture on it. I used it on my card base as my background and stamped and die-cut the dogwood flowers by Hero Arts and adhere it with some patterned papers and sticker strips, the sentiment is from “Remember” set. I just love how it turned out and that too in 90 minutes..;-). Hope you will like this.

Thank you so much all, see you soon. 🙂
