Between The Pages!!

Hey everyone. I am here with an adorable bookmark.

Here’s is my bookmark.

My little one ask me to make a bookmark for her. I love making bookmarks and when it is for my darling daughter it has to be extra cute. I die cut the bookmark twice by using Mamaelephant’s bookmark die. I did ink blending using Distress inks. I used images from “Picked For You” by Hello Bluebird’s stamp set which I coloured using Polychromos pencils.  I added the images on the ink blended bookmark panel and stamp the most beautiful sentiment from Altenew’s “Tall Tale” set. For more sturdiness I adhered the bookmark on a another die cut bookmark and added the matching twine. Love how it turned out, so cute. My little one love this one so much.

Thank you so much for visiting. 🙂

Floral Card 2 – Varada Sharma Design

Hey everyone, I am here with another floral card which I made for VaradaSharma blog where I have shared two cards using VaradaSharma Designs October 2021 release “Whole Lot of Awesome”.

To check my first card please click here.

Here’s the second card which I share on her blog. For this card, I  used the same floral image from “Whole Lot Of Awesome” set. I blended the image using blue, purple and green Distress inks. Instead of using white or any neutral colour background I decided to use coloured card stock.I die cut teal blue card stock using Waffle Flower Crafts scallop die shape. I adhered the image onto it with some dimension and added some gemstones. Added some white dots using a gel pen. I used only a portion of sentiment from the same stamp set. Love the bright background against those brightly coloured flowers.

Thank you so much for visiting, see you all soon. 🙂

Floral Card – Varada Sharma Designs

Hello all, today I am on VaradaSharma blog sharing two cards made using VaradaSharma Designs October 2021 release “Whole Lot of Awesome”.

I am going to share one of the two floral cards I made.

Here’s my card

I printed the floral image from the “Whole Lot Of Awesome” set on a 110 lb card stock. I wanted to colour this image using shades of pink, yellow and green. I decided to use Distress Inks to colour it. I blended the inks directly on the floral image. I cut the image and adhered it using some dimension on a die cut panel. The die cut panel has a slightly pearl kind of shimmer to it, which added lots of interest to this card. Added the whole panel on a white card base and added clear drops. Added some white dots using a gel pen. I am planning to frame this card and so decided to keep it without sentiment. Love this bright and beautiful floral image against that background.

Thank you so much for visiting, don’t forget to visit Varada’s blog as I have share one more beautiful design using same technique and image. 🙂
