I made today’s card for the current gold challenge at the Moxie Fab World.
Here is my Christmas card.
When the color gold comes in my mind, it always reminds me of festivals. So for my card I made a Christmas tree using one of my favorite stamp by Hero Art (CG191). I first gold embossed the thin strips from a glossy card stock and inked each of the strip using various Memento and Distress inks, thoughĀ the colors I used were very bold but because of the shimmer of the paper it looks very light and different shade. I adhere them using some dimension adhesive. Just like all the Christmas tree I also added a star on the top of the tree, for that I gold embossed a chipboard flower and adhere it on the top. Sentiment is also by Hero Arts (AR191). I love all the festive colors and shimmer on my card. Hope you like this card too.
