Hello friends, this is my third post, please click to see my first & second post.
Yesterday was a 90 minutes scramble day at Hero Arts Flickr Group and it was hosted by super talented Martha from Martha’s Creation. She has given us very unique theme. It was all about to make “Scraplings” – With More Than One Layer.
Now what is Scraplings? – Scraplings are tall & narrow cards. More about Scraplings included towards the bottom. The size of which should be in Inches: 1.5 in. x 4.25 in. & in Centimeters (approximate): 4 cm x 11 cm. isn’t it unique? Love this theme.
I made these two
We have to make two scraplings within 90 minutes. This was so much fun. For my first card I used “Ready Set Go” by Amy Tangerine patterned paper and tiny house image from Hero Arts “My Favorite” set and also tiny splatter image to show some smoke out of the chimney. For my second card I used BasicGrey’s patterned paper and stamped the “Sweet Threads Spirals” stamp using only Versamark ink and also used the “My Favorite” stamp set for the feather and sentiment. I love the combination of gold, aqua and pink. I thoroughly enjoyed making these cuties and I am going to make more of these. Hope you like these two little cards.
Thank you so much and see you all very soon. 🙂

Never heard about scraplings, but they are cool – at least yours – love them both!
Very cute and skinny scraplings (I had no idea there was such thing). I love the detail of the smoke coming out… and the feather looks amazing!
